This sold out event, provided almost 300 women the opportunity to chat one-on-one with authors Frank Delaney, Gail Godwin, and Anita Shreve, and purchase autographed books. Guests also participated in the basket raffle for fabulous items such as an iPad and David Yurman jewelry, and a 50/50 raffle which yielded almost $2,500.

JLM President Kimberly Walters says the money raised helps fund key league programs. “Lunch with the Authors has become a JLM fundraising tradition,” says Walters. “Not only do we raise money for the JLM scholarship fund and community projects but it is a time where guests can simply enjoy a lovely afternoon listening to and meeting favorite authors.”
